Color Craft recapitalized by First Capital Partners

This transaction was completed under Taureau Group’s former name, Schenck M&A Solutions.

In November 2016, Schenck M&A Solutions and Color Craft Graphic Arts announced that Color Craft has been recapitalized by First Capital Partners, an investment firm that provides mezzanine debt and equity to privately owned companies in the lower middle market. Schenck M&A Solutions advised Color Craft Graphic Arts on this transaction.

“Choosing Schenck M&A Solutions to help me find an investment partner was the best decision I could have made,” said Steve Mirecki, Color Craft CEO. “Working with their M&A team, including Corey Vanderpoel and Tyler Carlson, was not only effective but pleasant and informative as well. I learned about the process of marketing and selling a business through them both during the sale. I realized how important their extreme detail, responsiveness and warm personalities were, which I believe was the recipe needed in making this all come together. I’m grateful to have found the perfect team, giving my company and me the perfect solution.”
