Headquartered in Shawano, Wisconsin, JR Machine is a leading contract manufacturer of complex, precision machined parts from nickel-based superalloys, such as Inconel. AS9100 certified and ITAR registered, JR Machine provides mission-critical parts for the aerospace, green energy, heavy equipment, and medical device industries.
Schneider Resources Holding Company is a family-owned, private investment company based in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
Taureau Group, LLC advised JR Machine on the transaction.
