The team at Taureau Group, LLC is excited to announce that our client, WEM Automation, LLC (“WEM”), a portfolio company of The Mendota Group, has been acquired by Valstone Corporation, Inc., a technology provider for the heavy construction materials, agriculture, grain, forestry, waste and recycling industries.

WEM, headquartered in New Berlin, Wisconsin, is a global leader in the design and development of software and control systems for industrial process automation and data collection. Serving clients since 1955, WEM provides cost-effective solutions for customers as small as individual facilities to the largest corporations in the world. WEM is most recognized for its work in the asphalt and animal feed manufacturing markets.
