Taureau Group, LLC is excited to share that our client, Racine Metal-Fab, Ltd., has been acquired by Midwest Products and Engineering (MPE-INC), an ISO certified contract manufacturer specializing in medium volume production for medical and technology companies. MPE-INC is a portfolio company of Beckon Petty O’Keefe & Company, LLC (BPOC), a private equity group investing in middle market healthcare companies.
Racine Metal-Fab, Ltd. is a precision sheet metal fabricator providing prototyping, engineering, and production solutions for companies in sports and commercial lighting, medical equipment, computer/electronics, appliances, food handling and more. The Company’s capabilities include sheet metal fabrication, powder coating, plating, finishing, engineering, electromechanical assembly, and supply chain management.
