The team at Taureau Group, LLC is excited to announce that our client, The Jor-Mac Company, Inc. (“Jor-Mac”), has been acquired by The Mendota Group, a Madison, Wisconsin-based private equity group with a focus on investments in manufacturing and value-added distribution companies.
Jor-Mac, based in Lomira, Wisconsin, is a contract manufacturer of engineered metal fabrications and related assemblies. The company provides metal fabrications to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM’s) utilizing a broad range of material including hot rolled & cold rolled steel, stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized and galvannealed product. Jor-Mac offers product engineering layout, prototype, tooling, manufacturing, packaging, inventory management, and logistics services.
