Taureau Group, LLC is proud to announce that our client, Le Sueur Incorporated (“LSI”), has acquired Gentry Plastics, Inc (“Gentry Plastics”).
This marks the second acquisition Taureau Group has advised LSI on this year, following the company’s acquisition of Reliable Formed Plastics in February.
Based in Gastonia, North Carolina, Gentry Plastics is a full-service plastic injection molder operating a 40,000 square foot facility. Its ISO 9001:2015 certified operation adds tool building, overloading, assembly, and finishing capabilities.
Together, these acquisitions strengthen LSI’s plastics capabilities, expand its capacity and geographic footprint, and broaden the services it can offer customers.
