Taureau Group, LLC is proud to announce that our client, Schneider Elite Machining Group, LLC (“SEMG”), a precision machining group supported by Schneider Resources Holding, has acquired Toolcraft Machining.
Based in Germantown, Wisconsin, Toolcraft specializes in medium- to large-scale complex components and will continue operations as Toolcraft Precision Machining, LLC. The deal adds large-part machining expertise to SEMG, including large-diameter turning, milling, and advanced 5-axis machining, supporting its expansion into defense, power generation, and other industrial markets.
Founded in 1960, Toolcraft brings more than 60 years of precision machining experience and joins JR Machine in Shawano, Wisconsin and ETW Precision Machining in Waukesha, Wisconsin as the third operating company within SEMG, which is supported by Green Bay-based Schneider Resources Holding.
