Gammex has been acquired by Sun Nuclear

This transaction was completed under Taureau Group’s former name, Schenck M&A Solutions.

Schenck M&A Solutions announced Sun Nuclear Corporation of Melbourne, Florida will acquire Gammex, Inc. of Middleton, Wisconsin effective July 2, 2014. Schenck advised Gammex, Inc. throughout this transaction. The acquisition combines two complementary product lines within the radiation oncology marketplace, and adds diagnostic radiology Quality Assurance (QA) capability to Sun Nuclear’s already dominant therapeutic radiation oncology QA and dosimetry position.
