As a key team member of Taureau Group, Nick works closely with the investment banking team to realize the goals of clients. He performs valuation analyses, constructs complex financial models, conducts industry research and works with clients to create offering materials for potential sell-side and buy-side engagements. He assists with identifying the highest potential buyers or sellers, while evaluating comparable companies and relevant transactions to create pitch books and calculations of value.
Nick has assisted clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, services, and distribution. His transaction experience includes developing sell-side and buy-side strategies, leading marketing processes, contacting potential targets, executing auction processes, assisting in the megotiation of transaction terms and facilitating due diligence.
Prior to joining Taureau Group, Nick spent nearly six years with Baird, where he began his financial services career. During his tenure with the firm, Nick held positions that included investment banking and sell-side equity research. Areas of focus included industrial technology and services.
