Mike boasts a 40-year career in executive management and C-suite experience in a variety of industries. Most recently, he served as CEO and co-owner of Tailored Label Products, Inc., Menomonee Falls, WI. Mike also serves on the board of directors for Sentry Equipment Corp.; M2M Machine Group, a portfolio company of Generation Growth Capital; and Landmark Credit Union. He also served for 8 years on the board of directors and vice chair for ProHealth Care. Additionally, Mike serves on advisory boards for Midland Plastics, Inc., Marsh Electronics, Premier Paperboard Machinery Corp. and Milwaukee School of Engineering.
He currently conducts situational advisory work under Erwin Advisory Group EAG, LLC, where he applies his management experience for M&A planning and implementation, leadership coaching, strategic and succession planning and execution, and organizational and operational development. Mike holds over half a dozen patents within the engineering field in product and process design.
Mike leverages his experience, adding a deeper level of operating knowledge and proficiency based on his manufacturing and engineering career. This internal capability allows Taureau Group greater insights and executive perspective which clearly differentiates the firm from other investment banking practices.
