Headquartered in Sussex, Wisconsin, Sister Bay is a manufacturer of commercial-grade outdoor furniture specializing in sustainable, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic lumber.
Seaside Casual Furniture is a premium manufacturer of HDPE outdoor furniture, defined by its 100-year heritage in Rhode Island.
Taureau Group, LLC advised The Prestwick Group on the transaction.
