Ann has a proven track record leading successful merger and acquisition projects for middle-market companies. Her distinctive background includes more than 20 years of C-level management experience, involvement in multiple corporate start-ups, extensive operational experience as owner of several successful businesses, and corporate work for General Motors and Shell Oil.

Corey Vanderpoel

Corey Vanderpoel, MBA

Corey has more than 15 years of experience building growth and value through mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations and company sales. He has completed hundreds of projects relating to calculations of value and has led projects across many countries including the United States, Canada, China, India, United Kingdom, Italy and Germany.

Steve Ziegler

Steve Ziegler, CPA, CSI, CDT

Chairman, Inpro Corporation

Steve started his CPA practice in 1979 concentrating on individual taxes, business taxes and financial operations of closely held businesses. After selling his practice to his partners in 1993, he purchased Inpro Corporation where he was CEO until 2013, at which time he became chairman. Muskego-based Inpro Corporation supplies interior products worldwide for buildings in the commercial, healthcare, hospitality, education and government spaces. The award-winning company is two-time recipient of the Wisconsin Manufacturer of the Year, the Governor’s Award for Achievement in Exports and Wisconsin Forward Award for Commitment to Quality, to name a few.

Terry Strittmater

Terry Strittmater, CPA

Terry has extensive experience working with complex organizations with multistate and international subsidiaries, and is skilled in advising clients on financing, merger and acquisition target analyzation and due diligence. He leads strategic planning for Schenck’s Milwaukee office as its managing shareholder and was recently re-elected to the firm’s board of directors as vice-chair.

Dan Young

Dan Young, CPA, CVA

Dan has significant experience providing accounting, auditing and tax services, strategic planning, ownership transition consulting, and guidance for clients buying and selling businesses. As president of Schenck, Dan is responsible for guiding the firm’s strategic direction and growth. Prior to being named president, Dan had been the managing partner of Schenck’s Green Bay office and held leadership roles on a number of the firm’s key executive committees, including four three-year terms on the firm’s board of directors.
